Live Class Schedule
To reserve your spot,
follow the steps below:
- Choose your schedule and click “Reserve,” and a Calendly page will open
- Click on the date and time of your first class
- Click “confirm”
- Add your name and email
- Click “schedule event”
- Check if you have received a confirmation email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder
If you have not received a confirmation email, it is likely that your spot has not been reserved. In that case, please contact us at [email protected].
Please read the instructions carefully before selecting your schedule:
Your class will always be held on the same day and time each week.
Your premium enrollment includes weekly group lessons via Zoom for 12 weeks.
Attending live classes is recommended but not a mandatory requirement to complete this course. You can just watch recordings if that's more convenient for you.
Group classes last 55 minutes.
You’ll receive an email reminder with a Zoom link one hour before each class.
If you miss a class, you can watch a recording or request to attend a class at another time within the same week (subject to availability).
All classes are recorded and available for replay for 30 days. Your teacher will email you a recording after each class.

Please note that places per class are limited. If you can’t find a spot in one of the classes above, click here to fill out a request for a new class.
We will open new classes based on your requests. Classes with fewer than five students will be canceled, and students will be asked to choose another class.
