How to greet people

  • Tudo bem? (How are you?)

  • Bom dia! (Good morning!)
  • Boa tarde! (Good evening!)

How to ask for information

  • Estou procurando a praia/ o supermercado/ a farmácia. (I’m looking for the beach/ the supermarket/ the pharmacy.)
  • VocĂŞ sabe onde fica o hotel …? (Do you know where the hotel… is?)
  • Como eu chego ao museu / Ă  praia? (How do I get to the museum / beach?)
  • VocĂŞ sabe onde tem um caixa eletrĂ´nico? (Do you know where there is an ATM?)
